Sourcing FAQ
For standard parts such as brake components, filters, shocks and standard lamps, we usually complete an initial comparison and qualification review of two to three capable source factories within 24–48 hours. Non-standard parts requiring tooling or special OE numbers receive a technical assessment and tooling quotation within three working days.
We sign a strict sourcing-agency agreement with every buyer. Original factory invoices, material costs and contract documents remain fully transparent. Buyers may wire funds directly to the factory’s verified account, while AutoPasor collects only the agreed fixed service commission after each milestone passes acceptance.
Shipments from each factory are delivered to our consolidation hubs near Ningbo and Guangzhou. QC engineers inspect, palletise, label and verify each shipment before customs filing and loading into a consolidated 20GP or 40HQ container.
